No Refunds, only exchanges.  Now that we have gotten that out of the way, here at Norvoch we guarantee all our products, if there are any oopsies or damage to the items you have received, please notify us as soon as possible.  

Any damaged items must be returned, and we will gladly exchange them.  In the interest of health and safety, we only accept returns on damaged or faulty products, and we ask that you please sterilize the items before shipping them back to us. 

Please keep in mind you will be covering the shipping costs.  There are no exchanges or returns on the displays.
